Calcium is necessary for the healthy growth and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium has a beneficial effect on the nervous system and muscles. Vitamin D contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles and prevents bone decalcification, even at an older age.

Recommended dosage
Adults:
1–3 tablets daily.
Take a few hours before or after taking other food supplements or medicines.
Warning
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. In rare cases, diarrhoea may occur.

Store at a temperature of 15–25°C, out of the reach of children.
