Intel 545s 128GB SSD

Intel is back with a new Intel 545s SSD with an M.2 interface. These drives are unique because they are among the first SSD drives with a custom version of 3D NAND technology. They are also superior in terms of speed and durability. The new Intel 545s SSD can read data at up to 550MB/sec and write at up to 440MB/sec. The endurance rating is 72TBW, which gives a 5-year warranty of about 30% of the total capacity per day. The SSD is equipped with the DevSleep power saving mode, which only uses 2.5mW.
