IN-NOVA PREMIUM X KL A90

With its attractive design, the IN-NOVA PREMIUM KL built-in cooker hood is the perfect combination of contemporary trends and technology. The seamless look is enhanced by the stainless steel bottom panel, which hides dishwasher-safe metal grease filters. However, its function isn't purely aesthetic; it helps you keep the cooker hood clean and also dampens noise. Air is drawn in through a slot around the perimeter of the cover panel. The concentrated airflow moves much faster, allowing it to capture vapours from a wider area around the suction zone. You will particularly appreciate the perimeter aspiration on fully integrated hoods, which never completely cover the hob. The hinged glass front panel reliably protects the cabinet doors from steam generated during cooking. The cooker hood is fitted with a modern EVO ventilation unit, which reduces consumption and noise and operates in energy class A.

Improve filtration with an additional filter for fine grease particles

A unique feature is the option to adapt the hood for direct connection to a heat recovery system. In this case, the hood is supplied without a motor and is equipped with an additional grease filter to capture the finest grease particles. Another interesting option is to relocate the hood motor outside the kitchen. The REMOTE BLOWER system lets you convert the hood into a motorless one and, using the original motor, create an external EVJ ventilation unit that can be placed in a utility room, a technical room, or the attic. It can also be connected to a VILPE external roof ventilation unit, which is available in several colours, or to a MISTRAL external façade motor. In these cases, the technical parameters of the hood are identical to those of the selected external ventilation unit. In all these scenarios, all hood functions are retained, operation becomes silent, and if connected directly to a heat recovery system, the house can be certified as passive.

Connect the cooker hood to a FABER hob

The IN-NOVA PREMIUM cooker hood is equipped with a special SELF-START sensor that activates it as soon as the air temperature reaches 35°C. If the sensor detects that the set temperature limit has been exceeded, the hood switches to the second speed level to ensure optimal ventilation of the kitchen. The hood offers three speed levels, an intensive extraction function, and a filter saturation indicator. You can control all functions with low-profile push buttons. It can also be operated with a remote control, which is available as an optional accessory. The hood can also be wirelessly connected to a FABER induction hob via a signal. In this case, you can control it with maximum comfort directly from the hob's control panel. The radio connection between the hood and the Faber induction hob enables the AUTO function, which automatically optimises the extraction power according to the selected cooking level. Perfect illumination of the work surface is provided by two LED lights with a pleasant intensity and very low consumption.

Self Start, remote control and external motor

A special sensor switches the hood on as soon as the air temperature reaches 35°C. The intelligent sensor automatically activates the hood whenever needed. Please note: The 35°C temperature required for automatic start-up may not be reached with induction heating. Faber hoods with electronic controls can be used with a remote control, which increases user comfort. Radio or infrared technology (depending on the hood type) allows you to control all functions remotely, such as switching the motor and lights on and off or adjusting the power. For hoods marked with the External motor icon, it is possible to place the motor externally, outside the kitchen. This achieves almost silent operation.

Intensive extraction and LED lighting

The increased extraction power can be activated by pressing a key from any speed. It is intended for short-term use. After 10 minutes, the appliance automatically switches back to the speed from which the function was activated. The LED lighting creates a strong and sharp light source by combining excellent light distribution on the cooking zone with a pleasant, relaxing intensity. The energy consumption is very low, just 2W. The function alerts you to the need for maintenance (washing) of the grease filters, or the need to replace the odour filters (only in recirculation mode). Air is drawn in through a narrowed profile around the perimeter of the suction zone. This significantly increases its flow speed and ability to draw in surrounding vapours (Venturi effect). The panel covering the suction zone prevents noise from the ventilation unit from re-entering the kitchen, reducing the perceived noise by 25%.

Sound Pro and heat recovery

Thanks to new technology, turbulence and air vortices in the motor area have been reduced. This has reduced the noise and improved the sound quality of the hood. A hood connected to a heat recovery system prevents heat loss. In winter, the heat recovery system captures up to 90% of the heat that would otherwise be wasted, thus meeting the conditions for certifying the house as passive. The system combines the advantage of ducted operation (air exchange) with recirculation operation (prevention of heat loss). The hood is supplied without a motor, with an additional filter that allows direct connection to a heat recovery system. Thanks to the K-Link function, you can activate automatic control of the hood's power by touching the hob panel while cooking. After cooking is finished, the hood automatically switches to silent mode and continues to run for a few more minutes to eliminate residual steam and odours.
