The Icy Box 138SK-B is a precision aluminium enclosure designed for Serial ATA hard disks. The metal structure perfectly dissipates heat and the built-in fan ensures air flow. It supports Plug & Play and Hot Swap capabilities, and the built-in blue LED indicates disk activity. It connects to the computer via a Serial ATA interface and has the added advantage of being able to use power from either the classic Molex or Serial ATA power connectors.
