A high-quality aluminium enclosure designed to house a 3.5" Serial ATA hard drive so that it can be installed into the 5.25" slot of the computer case. This model features the ability to connect a disk without having to mount it in the enclosure by using a rail system. Thanks to this very simple solution, it is suitable for frequent disk replacement. You can connect both Serial ATA and I Type II hard drives, enabling a maximum bit rate of up to 300MBps. The enclosure connects to the computer via the Serial ATA interface. The enclosure has a locking mechanism that enables you to lock your disk and protect your valuable data. Rubber washers are included for vibration damping, Hot Swap technology is available for easy disk exchange, even when your computer is running, and the enclosure supports Plug & Play.
