Circular polarizing photo filters HOYA Pro 1 series of DMC brings you shoot several valuable benefits, and should therefore be a permanent part of the equipment of every amateur and professional photographer.
Polarizing filters have different uses, but most commonly used to suppress unwanted reflections, increasing color saturation and contrast enhancement. Polarizer after application to the lens eliminates polarized light which frequently arises e.g. reflection from non-metallic surfaces, or light scattering, therefore is often used to suppress reflections e.g. glass or on water surfaces, wood and the like. The polarizing filter may also be used to darken the image and influencing contrast blue color (typically the sky). The filter, however, is neutral in color and does not affect the color balance of the image.
Filter efficiency in this case is additionally enhanced by using multi-layered finishes DMC. It reduces glare from the lens and ghost images caused by surface reflections. At the same time this is also a filter suitable for everyday use, so they can remain almost constantly on the lens, which also will also strengthen its protection from possible scratches or other damage.
