The ThermoPro TP-970 TempSpike Plus kitchen thermometer lets you switch between °C and °F units. It's powered by two lithium-ion batteries, which are recharged using the included charging cable. The probe is made of 18/8 food-grade stainless steel and is certified to NSF, CE and RoHS standards. Thanks to its IP67 waterproof rating, you can wash it under running water.
