Rust-Oleum Fillcoat Waterproof flexible elastic sealant, RO.25. ZWA.1

Rust-Oleum impregnator RO.25. ZWA.1 is waterproof, elastic repair coating for roofs, uninvited terraces, eaves, ridges, chimneys, pipes, etc. Repaintable with Dacfill, PRT or Dacfill HZ. Practical consumption depends on many factors such as porosity, substrate roughness and material loss during application. To ensure homogeneity of the coating, the product must be thoroughly mixed before application. Can be used in all weather conditions except snow. Do not apply to polystyrene insulation or new concrete (concrete should be at least 2 years old). Fillcoat can also be used as a primer under Dac Hydro Alu.

Surface treatment

Carefully remove dust, mud, grease, moss and dead leaves. The areas to be repaired are cleaned with a hard broom and sponge. After cleaning, Fillcoat can be applied directly to asphalt substrates, hard PVC, polyester, zinc, aluminium, glass, tile, etc. Fillcoat can be applied in all weather conditions, even under water, except for porous substrates. Porous materials (concrete, stone, wood) must first be dried and pre-treated with Primer 44HS. In the case of repeatedly repaired leaks, exposed or otherwise critical areas, the Fillcoat, not containing fiberglass, must be reinforced with Dacfill-fleece: Apply Fillcoat (approx. 1 l/m²), unroll and lay Dacfill-fleece on top and immediately cover with another coat of Fillcoat.
