The original EASY FLIP technology allows you to combine direct and indirect grilling, so you can easily prepare culinary specialties, such as cherry bubbly, pizza, baked lasagna or mushroom fry. On the grill surface with a diameter of 39.5 cm (1,213 cm2) you can prepare food for 4 - 6 people at once. The EASY FLIP system ensures optimal heat distribution evenly over the entire surface of the grill grid and at the same time reliably prevents the dripping juices from burning. In addition, it offers the possibility to control the heat and easily change the setting from indirect grilling to direct depending on what you are grilling. The heart of the EASY FLIP system is the aroma funnel located between the grill grid and the circular burner. The grilling temperature can be regulated by various settings of the funnel, for example, when set to direct grilling, you can reach a temperature of over 300 ° C in the hot zone, which you can use, for example, when roasting steaks.

The combination of non-stick ceramic enamel surfaces and a suitably adapted design of the grill interior contribute to this. After grilling, you only need to clean the grill grille and the flavoring funnel located below it, which has a smooth surface. Cleaning the grill is only a matter of a few minutes.
