Reliable operation even without a mains connection
The energiser has a combined power supply, meaning it can be powered by a mains adapter (230V) or a standard battery (12V). You can use the 12V battery in places where there is no electricity or as a backup power source. The power increase to 7J occurs with a time delay to ensure safety. The remote control for the energiser (not included in this package) has a range of up to 10km in normal terrain and built-up areas. In difficult terrain, such as hilly areas, the range is shorter, while in open spaces it can be even longer. To improve the signal transmission between the energiser and the controller, you can use an external antenna to extend the range up to 30km. A single controller can operate up to six different energisers. One energiser can be controlled by up to three controllers.
Control from anywhere
The energisers can be controlled remotely using a mobile phone via the fencee Cloud app or from the web interface. A central FENCE WiFi GATEWAY GW100 control device is required to connect to the Cloud. Signal transmission uses free RF (radio frequency) technology. This means you do not need a SIM card. There are therefore no additional running costs for the device. Once connected to the fencee Cloud, you can control the energisers from virtually anywhere in the world with internet coverage. Simply use the remote control (not included) or a mobile phone when controlling via the mobile app. You can conveniently switch the device off, fix a fault, and switch it on again. The remote control or the app will immediately show you if the voltage on the fence has dropped below the set value (e.g., due to a break in the line, a branch falling on the wires, or high grass), if the battery voltage has dropped below 12V, or if the signal has been lost (e.g., by disconnecting the energiser, damaging the antenna, or for other reasons).
