Gardena Smart Soil Sensor

Do you want to achieve the most effective irrigation of individual plants or the entire garden? With the smart Gardena Smart soil sensor you will have complete information on plant needs. The device works as an electronic plant root that measures the humidity of the surrounding soil while recording temperature and solar intensity. You can view the collected information on your mobile phone in real time and adjust the irrigation intensity (turn on / off / set flow rate) accordingly. The Gardena Soil Sensor is just an extension to the basic set , the Gardena Smart Gateway is essential for proper operation. It works as a wireless receiving unit that forwards information to the free Gardena Smart App (Android and iOS). There is no need to connect the soil sensor, it has strong antennas to provide information even from distant parts of the garden.
