Durable construction of the Fortum socket head

The socket head is based on 61CrV5 chrome-vanadium steel, which is cast into a precise shape. It is then oil-hardened and further hardened around the circumference, giving it the necessary strength and toughness for working under heavy loads. The surface is treated with a layer of matte hard chrome, which increases its resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear. The combination of materials and processing contributes to the long service life of the tool, even with frequent use.
