DuraHome Ceramic barrel with lid, 12 l

The 12L DuraHome ceramic barrel with collar is designed for fermenting and pickling cabbage, cucumbers and other vegetables. It is covered inside and out with a thick layer of glaze, which gives it its brown colour and shine. This makes the barrel resistant to acids, so it's ideal for pickling cabbage, cucumbers, peppers, and more. Pickling in a ceramic barrel is a simple method, and what's more, cucumbers prepared this way retain plenty of vitamins, all without any preservatives. To keep the barrel airtight, simply fill the special collar with water and seal with the lid. Due to being handmade, the products may vary slightly from one another.
