The Bradley Smoker food smoker burns one briquette for 20 minutes. It produces a clean taste of wood in cold smoke. Once the briquette is burned out, the smoke generator automatically pulls it out into a bowl of water to prevent unwanted overburning of the ashes. Subsequently, another briquette is drawn from the tray to automatically keep the smoking process running.

During combustion of the briquettes, there is no flame burning, which preserves the pure taste of the selected wood.
