BORNIAK Digital Smoker UWD-N-70 / Alu 1.5CZ

The Borniak digital smoker with improved insulation, reinforced 1.5CZ electronics and a double heating coil with 500W power input ensures sufficient smoking power. The outer shell is made of Alu-zinc and the inner parts of the smoker are made of food-safe stainless steel. The device enables cold smoke smoking and conventional hot smoking with temperature settings ranging from 20-120 °C. An electronic control panel for precise temperature control ensures low operating costs. If the maximum operating temperature inside the smoker is exceeded, you will be alerted to the possibility of a fire by a distinctive audible signal. With a capacity of 70 litres and 6 levels for smoking grates, the smoker can hold up to 10 kg of meat or smoked products. The smoker is very efficient and energy-saving thanks to a special wall insulation technique with silicone seals and magnetic closure, which ensures smooth smoking without large temperature fluctuations and reduces tar formation. The smoker has practical handles on the sides for easy carrying and four height-adjustable feet for maximum stability, which can be replaced with castors (not included) for better movement of the smoker. The smoker also includes a drawer for a dryer.
