Electro-galvanising

Electro-galvanised finish offers a more attractive, coloured appearance compared to hot-dip galvanising. It provides corrosion protection for products intended for dry interiors where moisture is rare. The zinc layer thickness is around 12 microns.
How the electro-galvanising process works
Similar to hot-dip galvanising, the product is thoroughly cleaned and prepared. The products are then immersed in zinc salt and connected to a DC power source. The pure zinc dissolves, migrates to the cathode, and deposits on its surface.
