The HiLook PTZ-N2D400M-DE/14 IP camera is a dual-sensor outdoor device that provides a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels at 30 FPS. This PTZ camera, with a 94° horizontal viewing angle, uses hybrid night vision with a range of up to 30m and Smart Hybrid Light technology for reliable surveillance in the dark. The device supports advanced Motion Detection 2.0 for people and cars and offers flexible power options via a standard mains adapter or using PoE technology over an Ethernet cable directly to the network. The camera is equipped with an RJ-45 network interface with a transfer speed of 10/100Mb/s and supports TCP/IP, RTSP, HTTPS, SNMP, DDNS, IPv4/IPv6 and other communication protocols. Remote management and access to the camera is possible through the iVMS-4200 client software or the HiLookVision mobile app.

Dual optics for detailed shots
This IP camera combines two independent 4MP sensors that capture the scene through different lenses. The panoramic channel uses a fixed 2.8mm focal length lens for a wide-angle view, while the PTZ channel works with an 8mm lens for more detailed close-ups. Efficient video compression using H.265, H.264 and MJPEG formats significantly reduces data stream demands and saves storage space on the memory card while maintaining high image sharpness.
Hybrid night illumination
The Smart Hybrid Light system combines classic infrared illumination with a white LED spotlight. In normal mode, the camera operates in invisible IR mode, and if an intruder is detected, it activates the white light to capture a colour recording. This hybrid system achieves a light range of up to 30m on both channels, contributing to accurate object identification at night.
Smart motion detection and tracking, two-way audio transmission
Motion Detection 2.0 technology filters out false alarms caused by leaves or rain and focuses only on real threats. The system reliably recognises human figures and cars in the surveillance area. The Auto-tracking Lite feature also automatically tracks people in the rotating channel's view, and the user can define specific activity zones to trigger an alarm. The manufacturer has integrated a sensitive microphone and speaker into the device's body, providing clear, real-time two-way audio. Users can communicate with people in front of the camera or use the built-in speaker to broadcast an audio alarm when a designated area is breached. The audio track is saved along with the video recording for complete event documentation.
Data storage on card and cloud, connection and application
You can save recordings from both channels locally without needing an external recorder. The device has a slot for microSD, microSDHC and microSDXC memory cards with support for up to 512GB. An alternative option is generic cloud storage for secure data backup away from the physical device itself, which protects the footage from potential destruction of the camera. Network connection is via a classic RJ-45 LAN Ethernet port, which supports stable data transfer and PoE power. Device management and live streaming work via the iVMS-4200 client software or the HiLookVision mobile app for Android, iOS, Windows and Mac OS. Wide support for network protocols including TCP/IP, RTSP, HTTPS, SNMP, Bonjour and the ONVIF standard ensures compatibility with systems from different manufacturers.
