Heavy-Duty Construction

The Hendi pot is constructed to withstand the demanding conditions of professional kitchens. The steel and aluminium sandwich base distributes heat effectively and evenly across the entire surface, which reduces ingredients catching and optimises cooking on induction hobs. The body of the pot and the handles are made of stainless steel. The handles are not welded but riveted, offering a secure grip even when fully loaded. A stainless steel lid is also included, which has vents for controlled steam release.
