How to Make the Best Coffee

You are going to need a drip coffee maker, a filter and a cup. Grind coffee to a fine consistency and put it in the filter. Use about seven grams of coffee for every 100ml of water. Bring the water to boil and then let it rest for 3 or 4 minutes. Gently pour a small amount of water on the filter in a circular motion. Freshly ground coffee will absorb the water and produce coffee bloom. Wait for 15 seconds and then pour the rest of the water on the coffee with a spiral motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. Keep in mind that the pouring speed affects how strong your coffee will be. The faster you pour, the stronger the coffee.
