Make Great Coffee Quickly and Easily

You are going to need your dripper, a cup and a filter. Put finely ground coffee into the filter. You need 7g of coffee for every 100ml of water. Don't use boiling water. Let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Once the water has cooled down a bit, slowly pour a small amount on the filter in a circular pattern. If you are using freshly ground coffee, you will see the so-called coffee bloom as the coffee absorbs water. After 15 seconds, pour the required amount of water on the coffee using a spiral-like motion (from the outer edge to the centre). Make sure to pour really slowly if you want stronger coffee.
