Make Great Coffee Quickly and Easily

You are going to need a coffee maker and a filter. Grind coffee to a fine consistency and put it in the filter. The ideal ratio is about seven grams of coffee to 100ml of water. Bring the water to boil and let it cool down for 3-4 minutes. Once the water has cooled down a bit, slowly pour a small amount on the filter in a circular pattern. If you are using freshly ground coffee, you will see the so-called coffee bloom as the coffee absorbs water. After 15 seconds, pour the remaining water over the coffee using a spiral-like back and forth motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. Pour the water a bit faster if you want mild coffee.
