How to Make the Best Coffee

You are going to need a drip coffee maker, a filter and a cup. Grind coffee to a fine consistency and put it in the filter. You need 7g of coffee for every 100ml of water. Don't use boiling water. Let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Slowly pour a small amount of water on the filter using a circular or back and forth motion. If you are using freshly ground coffee, you will see the so-called coffee bloom as the coffee absorbs water. After 15 seconds, pour the required amount of water on the coffee using a spiral-like motion (from the outer edge to the centre). Pour the water a bit faster if you want mild coffee.
