True Whey from the GymBeam brand is whey protein from 100% whey with low foaming, which is intended for all athletes, including beginners. The protein content is 75% and also includes the amino acid BCAA and leucine. Production is carried out using the CFM method, which removes most carbohydrates and fats. Vanilla-flavored protein contains 9.1 g of carbohydrates and 8.8 g of fat per 100 g.
