Preparation and dosing
To prepare 1 serving, mix 1 scoop (20 g) with 300 ml of cold water and take 20 minutes before training. After assessing the tolerance, you can increase the dose to 2 doses. Never exceed the recommended dosage within 24 hours. As it contains caffeine, we do not recommend taking it in the evening and 5 hours before bedtime.
