The Guzzanti GZ 33D hot-air fryer uses hot air to fry food completely without fat or with a minimum of harmful oil, thus preparing healthier fried food. The hot air in the core of the fryer circulates quickly to maintain the optimum temperature of the grill body, which then bakes, fries or deep fries the food. In the fryer, you can prepare a wide range of dishes such as meat, fish, shrimp, fried potatoes or French fries with a minimum of smoke and odour.
