In the Guzzanti GZ 181D preserving pot you can turn the excess fruit or vegetables from your garden into delicious compotes, jams and other preserves. The fully automatic 27-litre Guzzanti Preserving Pot can preserve up to 18 glasses at a time and is perfect for preparing and bottling mulled wine, tea or punch. The pot consists of a double-layer stainless steel shell, spout, 120-minute timer and heat-insulated handles. You will also appreciate the infinitely adjustable thermostat that allows you to set the temperature between 30 and 100 °C.
