Active Ingredients
- Coenzyme Q10 is a substance naturally occurring in the body that plays an important role in energy production in cells, contributing to energy extraction from nutrients. The human body produces coenzyme Q10 in the liver, but its production declines with age. Coenzyme Q10 is particularly suitable for athletes or other active individuals and seniors, statin users, and people with a physically and mentally demanding lifestyle.
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) supports heart function, participates in energy production, and has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of basic nutrients as well as on mental and nervous system activity.
- Linoleic Acid and Oleic Acid - Linoleic acid is an unsaturated omega-6 fatty acid. It is classified as essential, which means the human body cannot produce it on its own and needs to obtain it from food. Oleic acid (omega-9) also belongs to the group of unsaturated fatty acids. Recommended Dosage
