Graef Style S 10025

The Graef Style S 10025 electric slicer is designed for slicing bread, cured meats and vegetables. Thanks to the continuously adjustable slicing thickness, it can handle everything from wafer-thin slices up to 20mm thick. The package includes two cutting blades – a serrated one for bread and a smooth one for cheese or ham. The appliance is powered by an economical 45W Eco Power Motion motor, which can reach a power input of up to 170W under full load. The stable construction of steel, alloy and plastic is made in Germany.

Two Cutting Blades for Every Ingredient

The Graef slicer comes equipped with two stainless steel cutting blades. The 170mm diameter serrated blade easily handles the hard crust of bread or other baked goods. For slicing soft ingredients such as cheese, ham or vegetables, a second, smooth blade is included in the package. Changing them is simple thanks to the safety removable cover. You can continuously adjust the slice thickness from 0 to 20mm.

Economical Motor with Intelligent Power

At the heart of the appliance is the Eco Power Motion motor. In normal operation, it runs at an economical 45W, reducing energy consumption. When needed, for example when slicing tough foods, the control unit automatically increases the power up to 170W. This system ensures there is enough power for every task. The drive is geared, contributing to its reliability and efficiency.

Safety and a Stable Construction

Safety was a key consideration in the slicer's design. The appliance is equipped with overload protection and a safety brake. It also includes a food holder with a plastic rest to protect your fingers. The stable design with a support foot prevents the slicer from moving on the worktop. The carriage guide and food support plate are made of aluminium, increasing the overall strength of the construction.
