Use:
Use the cream regularly in the morning or evening after brushing your teeth. Apply it to the upper and lower teeth with a clean dry finger or cotton swab. Brush each tooth with a pea-sized cream on all sides. Use an interproximal toothbrush or dental floss in hard-to-reach places. Then let the cream work for 3 minutes and then spread the cream all over your mouth with your tongue and leave it to act for another 1-2 minutes. Try to avoid swallowing.
