Use:
Before each use, soak the sponge in lukewarm to warm water for three minutes until soft. Then carefully squeeze off the excess water and massage the sponge in a circular motion. Rinse the sponge after use and allow to dry thoroughly, preferably in the suspended position. The fungus should be replaced every two to three months.
