Garmin Running Dynamics POD

The Running Dynamics POD is a wireless sensor for tracking dynamics. Ideal for runners who need to analyse their run. It measures a total of six variables of running dynamics: cadence, left/right leg balancing, step length, vertical oscillation, vertical ratio, contact time with the ground. Measured data is transmitted wirelessly to a compatible device (Forerunner 735XT, Forerunner 935, Fenix5/5S/5X, and Fenix ??Chronos), which can be viewed and downloaded from Garmin Connect and Garmin Connect Mobile for mobile devices; the user can create graphs from the acquired data.
