Run analysis

Is there anything it can't do?

In addition to triathlon activities, your watch can track a variety of other sports such as rowing, cross-country skiing, hiking and fitness training. The watch is so light, if you’re not getting a read from the data, you’ll forget you’re wearing it. It will take your heart rate measurements throughout the day and evaluate your daily movement. If you keep it on at night, it will measure the quality of your sleep.

When it’s connected to your smartphone, your watch will alert you to incoming calls, SMS, emails, and any other notifications you want to know about.  This two-way connection can provide another service.
