The GAINWARD company focuses exclusively on NVIDIA graphics cards and the new GeForce GTX 1080 model really shows the difference. The manufacturer has overclocked the chip to 1708 MHz, though its frequency can rise to 1847 MHz if needed. The specifications also indicate that there is a quite decent margin for further overclocking. An excellently designed massive heatsink is cooled by a pair of silent fans, making it a very solid piece of engineering. The power supply requires one 6-pin and one 8-pin connector.
