The FUJINON XF 50mm F2 R WR extends the range of X-series interchangeable lenses that are renowned for their superior image quality, and therefore maximises the impressive features of the X-TRANS CMOS sensor. Its compact and stylish optics offer a high-speed AF, and its F2 is ideal for freezing images with a short exposure time or to provide a beautiful bokeh effect. Small but smart

Even though the lens is compact, there are a number of advanced optical elements. The design consists of 9 optical elements in 7 groups. There is also one aspherical ED lens that eliminates spherical and chromatic aberrations. Its quick and quiet automatic focusing is provided by the internal stepping system. The design of the aperture rings and focusing in turn ensures a comfortable and easy operation.
