Top level electronics

The original X1 made a name for the excellent playback, but its successor FiiO X1 2nd gen has surpassed the former due to the electronics that were not available at the time of the first model. The brilliant DAC CM5242 chip by Texas Instruments is capable of even better signal/noise ratio and a perfectly balanced output. Connected LPFs and operational amplifiers are optimized along with DAC to deliver a realistic playback of low-frequency tones.
