FiiO JT3 silver

FiiO JT3 are open-back over-ear headphones featuring 50mm dynamic drivers and a PEK+PU composite diaphragm. The open-back design supports a wide soundstage and precise spatial rendering, while the drivers are angled towards the ears to improve sound delivery and optimise airflow within the earcups. The drivers use a lightweight TIL former, a CCAW voice coil, and powerful N52 magnets. The construction is complemented by removable and washable velvet earpads with memory foam, and a detachable palladium-plated oxygen-free copper cable with an integrated microphone and controls.

Drivers with a PEK+PU composite diaphragm

FiiO JT3 headphones use 50mm dynamic drivers with a composite polymer diaphragm made from PEK and PU materials. The PEK provides the diaphragm with high rigidity, while the PU adds flexibility, together creating a lightweight driver design. An integrated brass damping ring reduces distortion and unwanted diaphragm breakup. The lightweight TIL former and fine CCAW voice coil enhance sensitivity, efficiency, and the ability to reproduce audio details. The drivers are powered by strong N52 magnets, which contribute to their fast response and dynamics.

Open-back design and detachable cable with microphone

The open-back earcups feature a perforated aluminium-magnesium alloy grille that allows sound to flow freely, promoting a natural and spacious soundstage. Inside the earcups, the drivers are angled to match the shape of the human ear, which supports efficient sound direction and optimises airflow. The removable velvet earpads contain memory foam and are washable. The included cable is made from palladium-plated oxygen-free copper, uses a pair of 3.5mm TRS connectors on the headphone side, and includes a microphone with controls for calls and other functions.
