The steering wheel is connected directly to the engine shaft. Thanks to the absence of gears or belts, it can realistically convey all the dynamics that driving brings. The patented FluxBarrier technology guarantees great motor performance and truly detailed feedback. The FANATEC Gran Turismo DD Pro (8 NM) includes the Boost Kit 180, which unlocks the standard 5 Nm of torque to a maximum of 8 Nm. However, even at this high torque, active cooling is not required. The design of the aluminium engine cover serves as both chassis and radiator. The FANATEC Gran Turismo DD Pro (8 NM) steering wheel was created for PlayStation 5. It will also work with PS4, PC and Xbox.
Pedals for Gran Turismo DD Pro connect directly to the base
The perfect feeling of the realistic feedback of the FANATEC Gran Turismo DD Pro (8 NM) is further enhanced by its Polyphony Digital design wreath. It features the Fanatec Tuning Menu control and a white OLED display and RevLED strip to give you important visual information about your ride. Of course, there is also a set of four 5-way controllers or paddles for shifting. The steering wheel has a diameter of 28 cm, its rubberised surface is pleasant to the touch and its ergonomic shape makes it fit perfectly in the hands. The steering wheel for Gran Turismo has full Fanatec SDK support.
The FANATEC Gran Turismo DD Pro (8 NM) set includes two pedals, a brake and a throttle, made of durable and high-quality steel. They are equipped with precise non-contact Hall sensors with extra precise and smooth operation. The brake pedal has a stiffer spring, which in combination with the PU foam shock absorber ensures a realistic feeling like real braking. Pedals can be upgraded with the separately sold Tuning Kit with metal pedal faces, the Clutch Kit containing a third pedal or the Load Cell Kit with a third pedal while upgrading the brake and electronics.
