Energy-saving operation

Due to 16nm manufacturing technology and the new Pascal architecture, the manufacturer promises not only noticeably higher performance but a much higher efficiency. Expected power consumption is therefore only 120W, while comparable cards, such as GTX 980, required up to 165W for their operation.

Advanced technical parameters

EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB offers high performance provided by 1280 CUDA cores, 80 texturing and 48 rendering units. The Pascal GP106 core overclocks up to 1708MHz in Boost mode. The graphics chip is complemented by 6GB of GDDR5 memory with 192GB/s of data bandwidth.

Improved cooling by EVGA

The new cooler, called EVGA ACX 3.0, is based on an award-winning cooling technology. Heatpipes lie directly on the core and reduce the temperature by up to several degrees C in comparison with a reference design. The cooler is also fitted with a high-quality dual-bladed fan that achieves up to four times the service life of the standard one.
