A detailed description of the programs

1. CLASSIC - The program is designed for white wheat and brown rye bread, also for bread seasoned with herbs, or nuts and raisins.
2. FAST - program is designed for quick preparation of white, wheat and rye bread. This setting reduces the time for kneading / mixing, fermentation (for yeast breads)  and subsequent baking for minimum time consumption
3. Toasted - the program is intended for baking bright light French bread with a crispy crust and a light soft centre. This setting requires a longer time for kneading / mixing and proving necessary to give more fluffy structure characteristic of French bread
4. SWEET - the program is intended for baking of sweet types bread with crispy crust
5. WHOLE - the program is intended for baking whole wheat bread flour with low gluten content. This setting requires a longer time for kneading / mixing, proofing (ie. swelling grains) and preheating
6. DESSERT - program is designed for mixing / blending ingredients (eg. Cake, pie), which is then baked for the set time
7. DOUGH - program is designed for mixing / agitation and subsequent dough rise without baking
8. COOKING - program is intended for baking brown bread, cakes or chopped
9. JAM - The program is designed to prepare the jelly and jam or compote of fresh fruit
10. SANDWICH - program is designed for baking bread with soft light and rough crust "

Detailed description of functions

1. Delay Start - allows up to 13 hours (in increments of 10 minutes) to exactly time when you wishbread to be prepaired. Bread can therefore be prepared through the evening so as to serve fresh and warm in the morning
2. Warmming - maintaining optimal temperature, to ensure that after the preparation of bread the cooking compartment maintains warmth fort  for 60 minutes.
3. Beeper - for timely addition of  your favorite ingredients, end of cooking or reheating.
4. Memory - useful in event of power failure, . ensures the subsequent running of ETAs bakery, without changing settings or interruption
