Dual Z-axis motor
Neptune 4 Plus uses two powerful Z-axis motors for better synchronization. They provide better print quality and greater accuracy. The Y-axis features two rows of 3+3V casters for smooth and stable movement and a dual Y-axis profile design to further increase overall print rigidity and stability.

Firmware Klipper
You get the 3D Neptune 4 Plus with Klipper firmware pre-installed, which is optimized for faster print speeds and superior print quality. The printer thus achieves standard print speeds of up to 250 mm/s, maximum speeds of up to 500 mm/s and acceleration of up to 12,000 mm/s². Innovative features such as Input Shaping and Pressure Advance improve print quality and accuracy. In addition, the printer is equipped with accelerometers on the X and Y axes for automatic calibration, which contributes to better print quality and accuracy. A high-speed motherboard with a 64-bit quad-core ARM processor clocked at 1.5 GHz is used to power this large printer. This powerful motherboard delivers fast and smooth printing to meet the demands of even demanding users.

The Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus printer comes with a special High-Temp Nozzle Kit that is designed for printing temperatures up to 300°C. Automatic PID parameter calibration ensures accurate and stable temperature control, which is crucial for high-quality printing. The titanium alloy heatbreak in the extruder effectively minimizes the risk of clogging, increasing printer reliability and reducing the risk of problems during the printing process. The Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus cooling system is highly efficient with speeds of up to 9600 rpm. This cooling system is equipped with several fans for optimal cooling of the print area and reducing the temperature of the printed material. Specifically, the printer includes 2 4015 ball bearing fans, 1 3010 ball bearing fan and 2 6025 ball bearing fans, ensuring efficient and even cooling throughout the printing process.
