The dRio AKU electric grinder has a ceramic grinder that easily handles salt, pepper and other spices you put in it. You can choose from a total of 6 grind levels - from very fine to very coarse. The dRio AKU dispenses spices evenly and responds to a light touch to precisely flavour your food.

In order to properly season the dish, it is important not to put too little or too much spices. On the underside of the dRio AKU grinder there is a LED light that automatically switches on when the grinding starts. Both the light and the shredder can be hidden when not in use with a removable cover.

Large capacity rechargeable battery

A fully charged dRio AKU grinder lasts up to 20 minutes of continuous operation. With normal use, this is up to more than 1 month. The built-in Li-Ion battery has a 500mAh capacity and is rechargeable via a USB-C cable. dRio AKU is a more convenient alternative to pencil battery grinders.

The dRio AKU spice grinder will inform you of a low battery well in advance. Charging the device itself is no more complicated than charging your smartphone. On the top of the dRio AKU grinder there is a USB-C connector, into which you insert the included cable, which you plug into any compatible adapter. It takes approximately one hour to fully charge the spice grinder.
