The Dräger Alcotest 7510 is fitted with the latest sensor technology and has become the top model of this brand. As a result of its very precise measurement of alcohol in the breath, the alcohol test is particularly suited to use by the police force. It can also be found being used in large enterprises for the random checking of employees. The Alcotest 7510 is characterised by its very short response times and the accuracy with which it measures both active and passive measurements. Its measured results are immediately displayed on a large backlit LCD display where the results can be reliably read even in direct sunlight. Due to its ergonomic shape, the alcohol tester is suitable for both left-handed and right-handed people.
By placing a disposable, hygienically packed mouthpiece, a safe and hygienic separation between the person being tested and the device is ensured. The Dräger Alcohol tester is equipped with a mechanism that allows the mouthpiece to be used without any contact with the person being tested. When testing unconscious or uncooperative people, it is possible to choose a passive mode, during which the device will suck the sample by itself. The Alcotest 7510 is capable of saving the measured values which can then be archived or processed on a PC.
Technical parameters
It is necessary to have the Dräger Alcohol Tests calibrated at the interval specified by the manufacturer. For most models, the recommended calibration interval is 6 months, however, for the Dräger Alcotest 3820, it is recommended that calibration is performed every 12 months. For the date of the next due calibration, refer to the adhesive sticker affixed to the alcohol tester.
