In branch

You can order the product and have it delivered to your address, but it is also available in some of our branches. Click on the list of stores, and you will see where you can pick up the goods immediately.

This is an electronic product that can be easily downloaded after payment. 

You can order the goods straight away as we are expecting a new supply of the product, which usually only takes a few days. If there is a specific date promised by the supplier, you will find it on the website. 

Although the goods are currently not in stock, make sure to place your order. There is the expected time frame stated on the website during which we will get the product for you from the supplier.

Order now and secure a convenient spot on the waiting list. Please be patient, we do not yet know the exact day on which your order is going to be processed. 

There is a date that marks when the product is going to be released for sale. Usually, the date doesn't change and it mainly applies to games. You can directly book a spot on the waiting list in order to get the product as soon as possible. 

It is on the right track, this new arrival is most likely going to be available on our website. Reserve the product to be one of the first customers on the waiting list. 

We do not sell these goods or accept orders yet. These are most often highly expected new arrivals on the market and we do not always manage to procure them. Do you like this product? Make sure to allow notifications so that we can send you a message as soon as there is an update.

This category includes goods that have been used for a short period of time and subsequently undergone a thorough inspection by our experts. You can buy the goods for a special price. Products in this category come with a 21-month warranty.

This category includes used goods that are fully functional and contain everything needed for their full use. While the statutory warranty is 6 months, our Used goods are covered by a 12-month warranty.
