The DJI Phantom 4 Pro Quadrocopter is equipped with a solid titanium and magnesium alloy frame that increases stiffness, minimizes vibration and reduces the weight of the entire device. The DJI Phantom 4 Pro also boasts four motors that give it extraordinary stable handling, even under less favourable flight conditions. On one charge it can fly up to 29 minutes. Under ideal conditions, you can achieve a flight speed of up to 72 km/h and the remote control has a range of up to 7 km. With several flight modes, you can adapt the flight exactly to your liking.

New Camera
The DJI Phantom 4 Pro Quadrocopter is equipped with a 4K camera that has a 1" CMOS sensor with 20Mpx resolution. In addition, it is the first camera with a mechanical shutter, resulting in the removal of "rolling shutter" distortion (for example, in a fast flight).
Its performance is comparable to classic cameras. Videos can be saved via a 100Mbps data stream with two different encodings:
- H.264 4K at 60fps
- H.265 4K at 30fps
Obstacle Avoidance
An integrated sensor system registers obstacles in a total of five directions. This means that obstacles can be avoided while flying in four directions.
To avoid obstacles, the original Intelligent FlightAutonomy system is complemented by high-resolution image stereo sensors at the back of the quadrocopter. The other pair of sensors are located on the front, they also have infrared sensors that detect obstructions on the sides. This allows the pilot to fully concentrate on filming the video.
Intelligent Remote Control
The improved driver features Lightbridge for HD video transmission with support for both 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz transmission frequencies, this minimizes the risk of signal interference. After switching on the DJI Phantom 4 Pro, the level of ambient noise is automatically evaluated and, based on this, selects the transmission frequency. With this feature, it is possible to achieve video transmission up to 7km away in ideal conditions.
The integrated HDMI port, microSD card slot, microphone, speaker and WiFi connection allows you to edit photos using DJI GO. Battery life in the driver is approximately 5 hours.
Flight Modes
- Draw - Draw the route on-screen and the DJI Phantom 4 will fly exactly according to the specified direction.
- ActiveTrack - The Quadrocopter automatically recognizes the subjects to follow, making it possible to create complex shots. The algorithm can recognize multiple objects and adjusts dynamics to achieve a seamless engagement.
- TapFly - Simply tap anywhere on the screen to determine where the device will fly using its automatic obstacle avoidance.
- Return Home - the enhanced "return home" mode automatically selects the most suitable return route according to the surrounding conditions. With GPS and track log, it can return even when the signal is dropped.
- Gesture Mode - Simple gestures can be made without a remote control. Just lift your hands, the camera recognizes this gesture and locks the camera on a person. Then you just need to stretch your hands to activate the 3-second self-timer.

It also provides manual camera settings, ISO, aperture, shutter speed and many more. With the DJI GO app, it's easy to edit videos and images and share them on social networks, it even allows live streaming. This application is also available for the DJI Crystal monitor.
