Wi-Fi 5

WiFi 802.11a is a wireless networking standard that was introduced along with 802.11b. It operates at 5 GHz and offers a maximum speed of 54 Mbps. 802.11a was less common than 802.11b/g because of its higher cost and smaller signal range, but it offered less interference and was suitable for environments with high volumes of network traffic.
