Use:
For wet application - makeup effect: Moisten the sponge with water and apply Wet and Dry Powder to the entire face until you get the desired coverage and the skin looks smooth with an even coverage.

For dry application - powder effect: Apply Wet and Dry Powder to the face with a dry sponge. Apply gradually using additional makeup as necessary until all skin imperfections have been covered and an even coverage has been achieved.
