The Dell Dock features a unique dock and monitor stand DS1000 that allows convenient docking at your workplace. Simply connect your device with a common data source and power supply. It is compatible not only with selected Dell notebooks, workstations and tablets but also with others from other manufacturers with a USB Type-C connector. You will be able to connect to the DisplayPort port via USB Type-C, which guarantees easy connection and, above all, sharp image. You will save a lot of space at your workplace because the monitor mount and dock need just one power supply cable.
A notebook or a tablet can be connected to either two Full HD displays or one with the resolution of 4K UHD at 30Hz. Of course, there is a connection to all commonly used peripherals. The stand is adjustable- you can tilt and rotate it, you can set the monitor to the ideal position. In addition, the Dell Dock supports VESA's quick release, which is available with Dell E series monitors (with the adapter plate included), P and UltraSharp with screen sizes of 19-27".
It also supports features such as Wake on Lan, PXE boot, MAC address relay, and dock firmware updates (when used with compatible Dell computers). The Dell Dock DS1000 boasts compact dimensions. Cables are lead through the stand, perfectly hidden and they do not interfere with the workspace.
