What does the service include?
- The staff will unpack the appliance and remove the packaging material. All you have to do is provide the necessary water, waste and power supply connections.
- This service can only be used for freestanding appliances (washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, TVs, etc.)
- With a built-in appliance, our staff will only unpack the appliance and remove the packaging material. If you wish to have a built-in appliance installed, you need to order an additional Built-in Appliance Installation Service.
Before the driver's arrival and the installation, please make sure that:
- You have prepared the utility connections (electricity, water) and the waste water connection.
- The connections are compatible with the appliance you have purchased.
- The purchased appliance will fit the designated spot.
- Placing a tumble dryer on top of a washing machine is possible only with an original connection part where no drilling is required. Without the part, the installation of one appliance on top of the other one will not be carried out.
What is included in basic installation?
Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Tumble Dryers
- Given that the necessary water, waste and power supply connections are provided, our drivers will unpack and install your ordered item. After that, they will take away the packaging.
- This service can only be used for freestanding dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers. In the case of built-in appliances, our staff will only unpack them and remove the packaging material.
Refrigerators
- Free-standing refrigerators – Our drivers will unpack, install your new appliance and take away the packaging.
- American refrigerators – If they have an ice maker and you have the water connection ready, the drivers will unpack the product, install it, connect it to the water supply, and take the packaging material away.
Televisions
- Given that the necessary power supply connection and antenna are provided, our drivers will unpack your order, install a stand, connect your new TV, set up basic channels, and take away the packaging materials.
- This service does not include Professional TV Wall Installation.
Basic installation cannot be performed if:
- No water/waste connection is provided or if it is more than 1.5m away
- The mains socket is not within the length of the power cable
- The floor is extremely uneven (the product is not level)
- The product cannot be transported to the designated installation area
- You do not wish for the appliance to be installed
- If the appliances are meant to be connected to each other (in that case, only one item will be installed)
- If the electric and gas appliances need further expert installation
- Please note that no further structural modifications are performed during the installation, such as drilling/cutting into walls, wood and other material.
What does the service include?
- If you wish, our staff will take your old used appliance away (applies to all types of delivery).
Before the driver's arrival and the installation, please make sure that:
- The old appliance is disconnected, clean, and complete.
- Washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators and freezers must be dried and defrosted.
- There can be no water in the appliance.
What does the service include?
- If your delivery is damaged, we will process your complaint in an express way. Our customer centre operator will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the possible solution with you.
How to prepare?

Check the dimensions of the access route to ensure they are larger than the dimensions of the product ordered (width of doors, corridors, stairs).

Remove anything from the access route that could obstruct the passage or be damaged by the manipulation with the product (shoes, mirrors, coats, coat hangers, etc. )

We recommend covering wooden floors with cardboard or an old carpets (our drivers work in work boots and do not remove their boots when they enter your home).
What happens on the day of delivery?

The carrier will send you a text message on the day of delivery informing you that the order will be delivered.

The courier will get in touch when he's on his way to you.

When you collect your order, please check that the packaging looks good and is not damaged.
