The de Buyer 4931.40N silicone baking mat is used in place of a baking tray and can also be used in place of baking paper or as a mat for cooling or freezing. It is therefore used to put directly into the oven together with the baked goods to be baked. You prepare the dough, roll it out and finally bake it. It is made of glass fibre canvas coated with silicone. The de Buyer 4931.40N baking mat is non-stick and makes it very easy to remove the baking tray. It is reusable (up to 1000 times) and can withstand temperatures from -40 to +250 °C. It can be washed in the dishwasher.
