The de Buyer 4344.02 non-stick baking mat is a great substitute for baking paper. It is made of Teflon-coated fiberglass, reusable (up to 200x) and double-sided with a non-stick surface. You can trim it as needed. On the baking mat you can bake pastries of different types, shapes and sizes, which can be easily removed after baking. It can withstand temperatures from -170 to +260 °C, is very thin (0.08 mm) and thus does not affect heat transfer. The de Buyer baking mat is not dishwasher safe, so only wash it by hand after use.
